Terms of Service

By creating an account, you (the company or its employee) agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use Claimer. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not: submit fraudulent claims, upload illegal content, attempt to access other tenants' data, attempt to brute-force our auth endpoints, or use Slip to violate any law.

The MVP is provided "as is" without uptime SLA. We make best-effort backups but recommend you retain copies of your own financial records as required by SARS (5 years).

Pricing is not part of the MVP and will be communicated before any paid feature is activated. You'll always get 30 days' notice before any pricing change.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk, with notice except where immediate action is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
